Email subscriber quality: Do subscribers from YouTube engage more than those from Instagram?
Course completion rates: Do students who joined during a launch complete more than those from evergreen sales?
Membership churn: Do members who joined with an annual plan stay longer than monthly?

Why it matters

Cohort analysis tells you whether your business is actually improving over time. If your newest subscribers engage more than those from a year ago, your content strategy is working.
