This site here gets about 30,000 visitors per month and I still haven't hit the paid plan.

So his goal is within 36 months to sell for 20 million.

I took on business partners and generated six million in 24 months.

Had the biggest two years of my life.

And then my business partners were wild and spent a ton of money.

So I had to take the company back.

The five step system starts with digital assets.

Figuring out what your customers want and then creating the mini courses, the guides and everything with AI.

That means you could be making passive income.

It still comes down to solving problems.

I have a framework called PIPO.

Problem, inputs, process and outputs.

We're still solving problems for profit.

A corporation's primary goal is to make money. Government's primary role is to take a big chunk of that money and give to others.

2020 and 2021, I had 47 employees.

It ranged between 43 to 47 employees with a CMO, COO, all of those big salaries.

To be honest, it was actually a real big headache for me to run that thing.

This really isn't about collecting new information.

The intention is to give you a new lens to look at your future through.

My highest value is continuous improvement.

I always want to know what can we do better.

Even if it is the tiniest, most incremental little thing, if we can improve that even 0.1%, it's still better than we were yesterday.

All of my friends who have younger siblings who are going to college or high school – my number one piece of advice is: You should learn how to program.

People get so caught up in the fact that they have limits that they rarely exert the effort required to get close to them.

That's probably never going to change.

But trust has skyrocketed up the charts.

One way to help the agent, like Claude for example, to do even better is if you understand who good copywriters are throughout time.

It can be from forever.

They don't have to be alive or they don't have to be anything.

Or just people who really understood marketing and products.

If you do not have any proof of doing good work, if you offer services, if you don't have any proof of your product or happy customers or clients, then this is not for you.

We call it your North Star belief.

The thing that you know that once your dream customer is on board with, they will buy.

And they always said it was me.

People buy you more than they buy what you do.

People that read stuff actually tend to be more likely to buy.

We don't want to just post across all of the platforms and not actually learn from what our market is telling us.

Simply adding AI to your sales page and your marketing copy used to be a really big deal because there wasn't a lot of people using AI.

Today, that is the bare minimum.

The behaviors you witness others getting away with will influence you to join.

It's no longer trying to be the expert.

Saying, here's how to do these three great pushups, and I'm the expert, I'm gonna show you how to do it, and kind of lecturing to people and speaking down, because they could find that information anywhere.

We like to create web pages on every single entity.

For anyone that does SEO, the idea of an entity is a person, a place, a thing.

AEO, GEO, whatever we want to call it this week.

It'll be something different in another month or two.

AEO, optimizing your content for AI LLMs out there, is essentially the same thing as having really strong on-page SEO best practices.

If you have a bunch of pages that are stuck on page two, page three, page four of Google, and you want to get them onto the first page because that's when you're actually going to start to see real traffic.

Claude Code can do this within seconds.

The more important it is, then the more power you want to have on that object, the more connected you want it to be with other objects, the more connected with other people, other companies.

There's a lot of overlap between AEO and SEO.

If you have a strong foundation of already understanding what SEO optimization is, you're in a great position.

What you're doing with programmatic SEO is you're taking structured data and then you're turning that into templated content on a website.

That structured data can be from anywhere.

It can be public data, app data, data that you've scraped or curated.

If you're a great networker and you're not a great programmer, you're in luck because this is actually networking.

This is not 802.11b Cisco networking. This is like building connections networking.

Having key takeaways is super important because the LLMs, much like Google's search engine algorithm, do not want to crawl and understand and make sense of your entire post.

It costs money to crawl more word count.

This is basically a developer's job.

This is how companies like Zillow have become huge businesses.

Zapier back in the day with their integration pages.

That's usually been all based in code.

But now there's people like you and me that are more non-technical who can do the exact same thing.

It's still essential to have a lot of text-based content on your website because that's how the internet works.

These platforms all understand the context of who you are through text.

There was a total of 66,000 that identified as potential pages to build.

So now we're not just building a couple of pages, a couple of blog posts.

We're building tens of thousands of pages that are directly related to what our product or service does.

A higher volume of still high quality content is how you better train these AI models and still Google search engine on what exactly your site is all about.

You might give it your Ahrefs API key.

And now Claude Code can use Ahrefs just like you would in the browser, but it's going to be able to do it way, way faster.

About six years ago was the peak in traffic on my blog.

Something like 650,000 people hitting my blog every month.

Generally speaking, somewhere between 150 to 250,000 people on an average month are now hitting my blog.

The topics that I'm still publishing about and the stuff that does well because I update it consistently still drives revenue events.

I've adapted a lot over the years.

I've found new ways to still generate more revenue from a shrinking SEO traffic picture.

So much more traffic is coming from ChatGPT now.

It's crazy.

The amount of traffic that most sites are losing from Google is not directly compensated by the same amount of traffic from ChatGPT and Claude and Perplexity.

But the people who do come from ChatGPT are usually much more high intent people.

The value of that ChatGPT traffic is usually much higher than the value of one person coming from Google.

The way people interact with chat is much different than how people interact with Google.

It is really important for us that people understand what the strategy is and that the real approach is to make everything social, not to build a vertical approach.

Stuff like photos and events and groups - we've built pretty basic versions of those apps to start but they ended up being so much more used because of their social integrations.

I think there's confusion around what the point of social networks is. A lot of different companies characterized as social networks have different goals - some serve the function of business networking, some are media portals. What we're trying to do is just make it really efficient for people to communicate, get information and share information.

Our role is to be a platform for making all of these apps more social, and it's kind of an extension of what we see happening on the web, with the exception of mobile, which I think will be even more important than the web in a few years - maybe even sooner.

Our strategy is very horizontal. We're trying to build a social layer for everything. Basically we're trying to make it so that every app everywhere can be social whether it's on the web, or mobile, or other devices.

There are social restrictions where someone could be suppressing someone else's freedom to express themselves.

Back, you know, a few generations ago, people didn't have a way to share information and express their opinions efficiently to a lot of people. But now they do. Right now, with social networks and other tools on the Internet, all of these 500 million people have a way to say what they're thinking and have their voice be heard.

Our goal is to make it so there's as little friction as possible to having a social experience.

On engagement, we're already seeing that mobile users are more likely to be daily active users than desktop users. They're more likely to use Facebook six or seven days of the week.

Providing the best photo sharing experience is one reason why so many people love Facebook and we knew it would be worth bringing these two companies together.

Google, I think, in some ways, is more competitive and certainly is trying to build their own little version of Facebook.

Video is growing very quickly on Facebook. A lot of people compare that to YouTube. I think that kind of makes sense. YouTube isn't the only video service, but I think it's the biggest, and it probably makes more sense to compare Facebook video to YouTube rather than Netflix because that's a completely different kind of content.

Facebook and Instagram are both really popular with teens, both in the U.S. and globally across the world. I think what you're starting to see is that there are all these different ways that people want to share and communicate.

When you look like an expert, people treat you like one.

Personal brand, if we boil it down, it's how the world perceives you.

It's very simple.

If you wanna show up and build your personal brand, you need to do so with authority.

So you want to try to look as good as possible and sound as professional as possible.

I believe it's the best time ever to be a solopreneur and you can truly accomplish so much with what used to take millions of dollars in hiring a big team.

Now you can build a really profitable venture completely solo or if you want to hire a few folks, that's fine too.

And I just want people to walk away inspired with what's possible today.

I truly spend most of my time building my startup.

Which is why being labeled an influencer or creator is so jarring to me because I don't spend that much time, guys.

I will share my entire journey as a content creator and as an entrepreneur, and most importantly, how I've been able to scale myself solo without going insane.

I was very burnt out from my first startup, so the last thing I wanted to do was another startup.

You can start small, start playing with AI tools.

If you want to build a personal brand, just do it on the side.

You don't have to make drastic life decisions just to get started.

That was really the impetus behind building my own product to help scale my own content creation.

Of course, it uses AI to kind of scale and clone myself on multiple different channels at scale.

But most of all, I just want people to walk away inspired.

Claude Code is the closest thing creators have ever had to a co-founder.

It doesn't just answer questions. It builds the things that used to take an entire team.

There is an incredible piece of software called Claude Code that I've been using for the last 3 months and it has completely and utterly changed my life.

I'm using Claude Code this way as opposed to using Manus, because Claude Code is cheaper.

If I were to do this in Manus, it's going to cost me a lot of money.

That's the really big difference.

They both can do this exact same task, but Claude is going to be way, way cheaper.

This is easily the biggest change to my basic coding workflow in 2 decades of programming, and it happened over the course of a few weeks.

I really am mostly programming in English now.

While I'm talking to you, my computer in the other room is coding.

I'm coding right now, as I'm with you.

I don't even know coding, but I'm coding.

This technology is alien and magical. It makes it so much easier for people to build and create.

Increasingly, code is not the bottleneck.

I'll go to the gym and think, crap, this is something I want to build.

I just talk to my phone, open WhatsApp, and tell Claude Code what to build.

It builds it.

I review the PR when I come home and then it's in production.

I think the next big thing is proactivity.

Right now, people are shifting to routines like automating responses to customer support tickets.

The next step is that Claude understands what you work on, and just sets up these automations for you.

One of the most underrated features from Claude is actually that skill aspect.

If I find a process that works very well, I'm just going to ask Claude to make that into a skill.

Then when I need a specific prompt for a newsletter cover, I can generate that just by asking Claude.

With Claude Code, you no longer need to know coding to code.

You don't need to write the code.

You just manage the agents that write it.

Claude Code is unbelievable.

Anthropic had somebody build it in a weekend, just working on the side.

They'll learn how to use agentic AI to do marketing and kind of marketing like an engineer.

Using tools like the terminal and programmatic methods for doing marketing, whether it's SEO, ads, even just research that will speed up their workflows by like 10X at least.

I use Claude Code for writing and research tasks all the time and it's a game changer.

People are sleeping on it because they think it's only for technical people.

Claude Code might be the most important piece of software in years and is the blueprint for the next $100B+ in software opportunities.

It took the single most terrifying piece of software ever created, the terminal, and made it 10x more friendly.

My favorite tools right now are Claude Cowork and Claude Code.
