People objectively do not like talking to computers.

They want to talk to people.

I get that.

But if the computer can tell me within a minute, you're just doing this wrong, click this button, that's what I would say too.

But now you don't need to wait 12 hours to get that reply.

The fifth one is automation.

The real strong belief of our program is that we don't want anyone to set up automations before they know what they want to keep.

There's no point just automating just whatever because you'll end up with all these terrible things going on.

I recommend automating insights of what you should create next.

Ideally, the idea for a digital product comes to your inbox like once a month.

Also automate the transcripts that come from your coaching calls.

Get them into an area where you can play with them.

Send the same prompts that tell you how to improve for that client, improve as a coach, extract the best questions, extract the awesome stories.

If there's a workflow that can be put into place, then you can just have automations running that thing rather than employees doing those repetitive tasks.

Not everything needs AI.

There's so many times where it could just quite simply be a Make.com automation.

The most simple place to start is just look at what are the things that each of these people are doing every day.

Replying to messages, sending calendar invites, checking numbers.

Just put a workflow in place.

Opening a chat and typing is like always starting from scratch every time.

When you can actually just put a workflow in place you can get a lot of time back.

At 9am every day there's a trigger to basically do this thing.

It goes into the meta creation.

It creates six viral posts.

It reviews the post.

Reformats for LinkedIn.

Sends the email to me.

The AI agent takes knowledge stored in a knowledge base.

It scrapes through my YouTube channel, through my socials.

It also has an up-to-date offer document.

Then the agent runs a prompt based on a series of 20 or 30 different frameworks.

This content that we're talking about is automated completely.

We are not coming up with ideas.

It's coming fully up with the ideas by itself.

Once it's already proven, then we put it into the workflow in GoHighLevel.

We don't want to put into a workflow something that we don't know is proven.

We saved 52 hours in a single week.

That's a full-time wage that you are saving just by automating different processes throughout the business.

We've probably only automated 60% of what could be automated within that summit process.

If you get an agent on it, then it could go from like all up and down and around and zigzagging in order to get to B.

Automations, you're going to get the lowest costs, you're going to get the most reliable output.

And then you can have the agent to do more freeflow work.

Before we build any type of automation, we always do it manually inside of ChatGPT, Claude, Freepik, whatever.

We'll refine it until the output is exactly right.

And then we'll drop it into an automation so that it then runs forever.

You're not prompting AI anymore.

You've taught the system what good looks like.

Now it just runs.

Broken process plus automation equals broken output running faster.

You just make the mess scale.

We spent $50 in credits during that week to save 50 hours.

But that's because we're creating content.

We're not doing crazy coding.

So it's heavily dependent on what you're doing.

Even a great VA at $15 an hour is not going to produce the same amount of quality and quantity at the same time for the cost that we can do this.

When we build automations, we're also not building all of the prompts inside of the automation all the time.

If there are variables that we want to change, we create a prompt library that allows us to edit the prompts from here.

So we never have to go inside the automation.

We can generate it multiple times.

If we're not happy, we can choose a different AI model.

Maybe we don't want Claude but Gemini 3 Flash.

Run it again and it's going to give us a slightly different output.

We still have workflows where we're using GPT-4 because that's all we need to use.

You don't always have to be moving to the most advanced models.

The other thing that can happen if you're just allowing everybody on your team to use ChatGPT or Claude is sure, you might give them a prompt.

But how do you know they're actually using that prompt?

They might get a little lazy and just type in a more basic prompt.

When you build automations and train your team, you know that they're using the same workflow every single time.

Every time we now build an automation, they allow you to add in how much time does this automation save.

So we estimate how much time if we had to do this manually.

If you build everything into a single n8n automation, it starts to get buggy very quickly and slow to load.

So we just build small individual ones, it's easy to maintain.

We have an error workflow that if there's any error from any of the workflows, it flows into one, pings us, and then we'll fix them up.

This automation to do a PDF was going to take 10 to 20 hours.

Whereas what we did instead is we generated this HTML file first and then I just embedded this prompt that we need to feed to Claude.

To download and upload into Claude, it takes maybe 15 seconds.

All of these buttons are individual n8n automations.

We've probably got 20 to 30 automations built in this system alone.

We like to build small individual ones, it's easy to maintain.

And then we just have an error workflow that if there's any error, it flows into one and pings us.

We trigger everything with a webhook.

Then n8n gives us the ability to connect with basically any tool that has an API.

And then that can move them to Google Sheets or everybody who joins a Facebook group, with the click of a button, I can have them all go into my GoHighLevel and send them a welcome email.

At the second level, what it does is it will do automations as well.

It's a Chrome extension.

It sits on top of your computer and there's an AI response.

You give it the link, you say this is the text from the post, and then it writes an AI generated response to every single comment.

I sent 110 of them yesterday.

I'm a nut about content planning.

I like to plan my automations out pretty far in advance.

But without the automation part, I just want you to do it for me.

The key to that was combining AI and automation.

I got to go focus on the product, all this fun stuff I want to do, but I need to keep scaling myself in terms of content creation and marketing.

They don't have an MCP or API for creating automation.

So I'm actually using Claude Chrome.

And basically it knows what to do in there.

I have a base template automation and then Claude Chrome will clone it for each one of these keywords.

That way it doesn't have to create it from scratch.

It'll clone the base template, change the keyword and drop the link.

I've definitely noticed posts perform a lot better on Instagram and Facebook if you have a fresh lead magnet for each one.

Because what I was doing, I was super lazy.

I just said comment Sabrina on every single video.

But the posts performing really well now just have a unique lead magnet every time.

It's really stark, the difference in performance.

That's why I ended up building that ManyChat automation to help with that side of the process.

But it's the very last step.

I was successful on Instagram before doing that.

I want it so that every time I publish a long-form YouTube video, it will just do this automatically so I don't even have to do it.
