We actually think it was the world's first AI coach.

I'd have sessions booked in with them every month or every two weeks.

And then in between, they'd kind of go off track.

They would know the exact steps they needed to take and they weren't always taking those steps.

I started to think how could I make these two worlds join up.

And it was pretty soon after that that I thought let's use this technology to make myself into a ChatGPT type thing.

We gave it to my clients and we got them to use it in between sessions because it was basically trained on all my content.

They started using it, started really, really liking it.

It was so much better getting into the sessions with them.

Because I've got a lot of coach, consultant friends, they were like, make me mine.

How do I make one too?

And that's when we turned it into a business.

If you're a coach or consultant who's got their very specific voice, their signature methods, the stuff that people know you for, it's like how can you describe that so that an AI could take that personality on and your clients would be like, my God, this is you.

The really exciting part is that you see all the names and email addresses of all of the people who've engaged with your AI.

We show you the full transcripts of what's happened with the clients and what they've said and what they need help with.

When they book onto a discovery call, you know already that you can skip that whole getting to know you part because you know their problem.

So you can straight away make it about them.

You will get so much rich data and it's just gold.

The idea that you know what your dream customers are thinking and you can use that to help them, to create more content, to show up online.

The first thing you could do is create content directly from these challenges.

She got people to use it for free for 30 days.

She had 500 users.

Then after about 30 days, she took it away for free and she made it $30 a month.

200 of those converted.

She's just added $6K a month to her revenue out of kind of out of nowhere because it's just her AI.

Hers works so well because of her amazing positioning and because of what she has in terms of terminology.

You can't go to ChatGPT and hear about good girl conditioning and predator and prey.

You could only get that from her AI.

Then she put it as a study buddy inside her DIY course and people got more out of the course.

Her course had a higher completion rate after doing that.

Her secret weapon in this bootcamp was Carrie AI.

She trained it on her book, her methods, and then she made it an integral part of the bootcamp.

When people signed up to the bootcamp on the thank you page, they would say, okay, and now you've got this bootcamp buddy.

She had about 6,000 people on each one.

The chat's going crazy because people are like, my God, Carrie AI, she helped me with this.

All the time Carrie's teaching them stuff and then saying, here's how you get help with it in Carrie AI.

The five step system starts with digital assets.

Figuring out what your customers want and then creating the mini courses, the guides and everything with AI.

That means you could be making passive income.

Our dream is that everyone could have their dream coaching business with themselves, their VA, and their AI.

I don't want to do anything my VA could do.

I don't want my VA to do anything AI could do.

So that's the three tiers of things.

My VA is very AI savvy.

She's never going to be replaced by programs because she's running the programs and she's learning the tools.

She's doing more complicated stuff now than she was before because she's developing automations.

Map your dream coaching business first.

Forget AI for now.

Do I want one-to-one?

Do I want membership?

Do I want group calls?

How do I want to spend my day?

And then figure out which tools make sense.

We don't want to confuse them.

We want to just show them the path because they know how to follow it.

They're all people who aren't afraid of working hard.

They just don't want all this shiny object stuff going on.

Then it's social media content.

That feels so much like a necessary evil for so many people.

They know that they should show up online, but when they sit down to create content, they're like, ah, this is so annoying.

Social media content.

I don't mean post anything without looking at it.

But setting up a really amazing system so that you've got your values, your beliefs, a description of your ICP, a ban list.

So that you could get close to publish-ready pieces of content emailed to you every single week.

We call it your North Star belief.

The thing that you know that once your dream customer is on board with, they will buy.

You can always stack your lead magnets by putting something inside for your AI to direct people to.

The fifth one is automation.

The real strong belief of our program is that we don't want anyone to set up automations before they know what they want to keep.

There's no point just automating just whatever because you'll end up with all these terrible things going on.

I recommend automating insights of what you should create next.

Ideally, the idea for a digital product comes to your inbox like once a month.

Also automate the transcripts that come from your coaching calls.

Get them into an area where you can play with them.

Send the same prompts that tell you how to improve for that client, improve as a coach, extract the best questions, extract the awesome stories.
