We end up with all of these, what I call easy bake AI experts, which is people who skip over their own expertise and just use AI to create a bunch of junk.

These tools are changing at such a rapid pace that I'm here to tell you, you don't need to use every tool in the kitchen sink.

The problem that most people have is that they have no clue what they actually want.

And so before we even start using AI, we need to get clear about what do we actually want?

Your brand has to start with you.

Your weird is your superpower.

Your AI needs soul.

When you know what makes you weird, AI becomes easy.

Before you get into anything else, figure out your company's voice, your brand voice.

Document all of your company details into one living, breathing place.

Simply adding AI to your sales page and your marketing copy used to be a really big deal because there wasn't a lot of people using AI.

Your clients are more than pain points and different is better than better.

When people say, what do you do, do you know how to actually answer that in a way that is clear and concise and makes them go, yes, take my credit card, let me throw it at your face?

A lot of people talk about pain points.

We also talk about tickle points, like what are the things that make them laugh, get super detailed.

That video actually turned into loads of leads and sales.

Half of the people that I meet, or even 75%, don't really actually understand what they are doing with their business.

If you keep rebuilding a new process every time you do something, you are going to be exhausted.

And speaking of these AI agents, you'll not be able to teach them how to do something the way that you want it because you don't even know what you want.

I created the SOAR framework framework so that you can create a framework.

It's very meta.

I took all of the frameworks that I have in our coaching program and I put them into this giant poster that I now can hang on a wall or use as a pop-up stand at events.

You have to have clarity.

You have to have courage.

That leads to confidence.

That unlocks your creativity.

Then you have to use your critical thinking.

Our whole thing is now we're going to start having events where we're actually installing our system into your process.

An AI assistant is something that is like ChatGPT basic B.

You just ask it for something and it gives it to you.

An AI agent is something that actually goes out and does something on the back of your business or on your computer.

When changes happen with AI or new tools come out, most people ask themselves, how can I use this to help my business?

I think the more powerful question is, how can I use this to help other people to grow their business?

I had a team member go into ChatGPT and just back them all up.

And then I just told Claude, hey, go to this spreadsheet and turn all these into skills.

I used AI to create a month of content in 15 minutes, steal the process in the comments.

And so each comment has a link.

Once that got a lot of comments, I changed the post and I added a link to it.

That way people can come back and get it.

If you're gonna say mind blowing prompts, they really need to be mind blowing prompts and they really need to be unique.

That's what I call the easy bake AI expert.

That's not gonna work.

Cause you may get people responding to the hype up front, but they're not gonna stick around.

So if you're gonna do stuff like this, you'd better actually have an awesome solution to give them.

Everyone who comments on a post, I can put them all on a spreadsheet because it just moves them into a CRM.

And then that can move them to Google Sheets or everybody who joins a Facebook group, with the click of a button, I can have them all go into my GoHighLevel and send them a welcome email.
