Our refund policy for Creator School AI digital products and services.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Creator School. If you are not satisfied, we offer refunds under the following conditions.
Digital products
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase for all Creator School AI digital products, including online courses, templates, and digital downloads.
To request a refund, please contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
Virtual events
Tickets to Creator School AI virtual events (such as the AI Creator Summit) are non-refundable once the event has started. If you request a refund before the event begins, we will process a full refund.
If a virtual event is canceled by Creator School AI, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically.
Subscription services
For subscription-based products, you may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
If you cancel within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted in cases where:
- The product has been substantially consumed or downloaded
- The refund request is made after the 14-day window
- There is evidence of abuse of the refund policy
We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
