What we’re focused on
Three things this quarter. Everything else is maintenance.
An AI Operating System (AI OS) is a single connected setup that runs your business on AI, instead of a pile of disconnected tools. Every product below is a different entry point into the same thing. If something we are doing does not move someone closer to having their own AI OS, it should not be on this list.
Making the AI OS buildable in a weekend, not a quarterThe gap is never the idea, it is the setup. So the work is on shortening the distance between reading about an AI OS and having one running. That is what the Claude Code Starter Kit does for free, and what the Claude Code OS Bootcamp does hands-on.
Connectors, because an AI OS is only as good as what it can reachWe host MCP connectors at
api.creatorschool.ai so an AI OS can actually touch the tools people already work in. The connectors library is where they live, and it is the piece we are pushing hardest right now.One platform instead of twoThe marketing site and the app are separate codebases pointed at the same database. Consolidating them into one is a routing problem more than a rebuild, and it is what unblocks most of the roadmap behind it.

Honest status, not a launch list. If something is not started, it says not started.
One platform instead of twoIn progress. The site and the app are being brought together so everything you use lives behind one login. Most of this work is invisible from the outside, and that is the point.
More hosted connectorsIn progress, continuously. Each one is small on its own, and together they are the difference between an AI OS that demos well and one that runs your week.
Claude Code Summit and AI Agents SummitPlanned. Both are real and both are coming, and neither has a public date yet, so there is nothing to link. They will appear on the events calendar the moment they do.

What we’re deliberately not doing
This section is the useful half of a focus list, and most companies leave it off.
Paid adsEverything is content, events and word of mouth. Not out of principle, just because the summit and the libraries compound and ad spend does not.
Agency and done-for-you contentWe teach the system and we build AI OS setups with people. We do not run anyone's content operation for them.
Teaching virtual summits as a courseNavid still hosts summits, and is still known for them. Virtual Summit Mastery is retired and is not coming back. Anyone selling it as a current program is out of date or unauthorized.
Covering every model releaseThe AI news feed is deliberately filtered. Most launches change nothing about how you should build an AI OS, and pretending otherwise wastes the reader's week.
