I've never been good at note taking or tracking time or anything like that.

So this is the closest I've got to being that kind of organized.

We're doing more, we're supporting better, we're shipping faster than we ever have before.

And AI is really the heart of everything.

Every day I'm asking myself, what would I hire for?

And I think that's increasingly becoming a question that I'm not sure how to answer.

I've got a business coach, a life coach, a relationship coach, and a sales call coach.

And what I've done is I've put in my own limiting beliefs and my own personality stuff, things I do well, weaknesses, things that are a problem.

It knows I like shiny objects.

So if it sees me going down a path of trying to prioritize work that is not what needs to get done, but it's something that is cool, it'll push back.

It'll proactively find things that I'm doing and then it'll update the personality doc automatically.

In the future, it can use that to bring that up again.

The sprint we agreed upon said I'm going to be working on affiliate distribution this week.

And then it realizes, actually he's not doing any of that.

He's doing other stuff that is like new features for the product.

I spend maybe five minutes a day on support, like actual support.

And most of my day now is spent on really the marketing stuff.

We just crossed 30K a month.

We kind of reset a year ago because the company almost collapsed a year and a half ago.

Don't include the Stripe fees, our overhead's like 500 a month.

So it's very low.

I don't feel this need to get to 60K or 100K a month.

I'm not a car guy or anything like that.

My whole thing is, how long can I keep it solo?

That's my scorecard.

I want to find ways of making it so I can continue to grow the business 2X and 3X from where we are today without scaling headcount.

If I was to hire anybody right now, it would be somebody who knows developing but has really embraced AI.

All I need is somebody who, if shit hit the fan, they could log into our server and they know enough about Linux to fix it.

People write into support, they need a trial extension.

It'll reply saying, yeah, not a problem, I've just extended your trial by 14 days.

But it does it all for me.

I'm in the UK and I'll be asleep when California is working.

If they write in and had to wait for me, that's a problem.

But if the computer can tell them within a minute, you're just doing this wrong, click this button, that's what I would say too.

If an AI writes back to a support ticket, it will always say, just reply and say human if you really need to get through to me.

But just note it might be a bit because it might be the middle of the night for me.

People will email in and say, hey, I'm using the MCP, but it did this, is that normal?

And then it'll look at that email and do everything I just showed you on its own.

People objectively do not like talking to computers.

They want to talk to people.

I get that.

But if the computer can tell me within a minute, you're just doing this wrong, click this button, that's what I would say too.

But now you don't need to wait 12 hours to get that reply.

Every Monday at 9 AM I get a message that includes a LinkedIn post, a Twitter post, and a Facebook post.

Monday we talk about features.

Wednesday there's an educational or strategy post.

Friday there's a customer success post.

For the feature posts, it just looks at what I've been doing.

What features have been pushed to the Git repository.

What's new with the product.

It'll automatically say, hey, last week we shipped the intercom integration.

As people wrote in with interesting ways they were using right message, Animus picks up on that.

It writes it to my knowledge base, the content ideas document, automatically.

It drafts it, it writes it in my voice.

I have a voice guide where it analyzes how I write automatically.

So whenever I write emails or social posts, it modifies this guide.
