I don't even know coding, but I'm coding.

Claude Code's ruined my life.

I stitch together two hours of ads that I had filmed.

These ads are like two, three, four minutes each.

We started implementing our formula and our processes, and the average view right now on the channel is like something like 12,000 plus.

So we basically six-exed.

258,000 views on a long form video is a night and day different than getting 258,000 views on a short.

A lot of people go to YouTube, they search around, they say, this video's got lots of views, that must be a viral topic.

No.

I want to see if that topic regularly shows up with a high multiple on other creators as well.

It's almost predictable at this point whether your video has a strong chance of going viral or not.

It's 25 years I've been doing this.

I started within what a couple of years of Facebook having launched.

When I started, Google was just brand new.

I don't like to be trendy and I think one of the reasons I've lasted 25 years through God knows how many challenges, through ups and downs and I'm still here and I'm still better than where I was every time.

I stick to the core of human psychology.

My beginnings in the world of digital businesses started in the copywriting world, which is a whole ironic story I won't get into right now because I hate writing.

I got somehow connected to one of the top copywriters in the world, who happens to be the younger brother of the top copywriter in the world.

Randomly got connected to him.

He convinced me.

He became my mentor.

He taught me.

One thing that he taught me when he taught me copywriting was we didn't talk about copy at all.

We talked about psychology.

We talked about how the brain works, how a consumer's mind works, how they think.

We talked about the trust cycle.

We talked about how people make purchase decisions.

You started hearing people say, my God, AI is going to replace the copywriter, replace the marketer.

And I just thought that was total bullshit.

So either I'm that brilliant and I'm that big of a genius that I can see more than all of the most brilliant minds the world's ever seen.

Or I'm really missing something.

And I think I'm gonna bet myself on missing something.

It became an addiction.

I didn't even realize.

I just fell in love with it.

I was just learning.

A few months later I thought, oh my God, the world will never be the same.

I was like, well, I got to do something in AI.

I'd be stupid not to do something in AI.

I don't know.

I used to have six copywriters.

I have zero now.

We don't need them.

It writes far better copy.

But I've trained the hell out of it.

Do I use AI editing for my videos?

I don't.

And that always makes people upset.

I'm very picky with video.
