AI is the new part of the multimedia stack.

But we're moving into a direction where you've got to have an AI element.

If you can demo that well and show that well, you'll stand out in your industry.

You'll be more cutting edge and your programs will sell better.

Problem, inputs, process and outputs.

We're still solving problems for profit.

Some people forget about that.

They get hyped up by the AI and end up creating all this stuff.

And it's like, okay, are you really solving a problem.

What problem am I solving?

What inputs do I need from the user?

What is the tool going to do with the questions that are answered?

What does the output format look like?

If you map those things out ahead of time, your agent will be more cohesive.

If I could build the iPhone of conversion assets for this industry, that's going to stand out.

I am a lifestyle entrepreneur.

I'm not building a unicorn SaaS that I'm going to sell for a 7X EBITDA exit.

I'm not even really selling AI or selling software.

I'm selling my brain with the AI and my coaching time.
