AI blueprint to build profitable memberships & courses with, with Stu McLaren

Hey, it's Navid here. And in this session, we'll walk you through a complete AI blueprint to build profitable and thriving membership sites and online courses. And I'm really excited to be joined by the number one membership expert and the co founder of Searchie, Stu McLaren. Since 2008, Stu has been working intimately with tens of thousands of authors.

Speakers, coaches, consultants and business owners to transform what they know, love and do into recurring revenue by launching, growing and scaling six, seven and eight figure membership businesses, which is really cool. I've known Stu for a very long time. I know he's going to bring it for this AI for Creators series.

So without further ado, let's dive right into the session. Warm welcome to this session, Stu. I am really excited to have you on here, and we're gonna dive into a lot with AI. I know you're doing a lot with Searchie which is the your SaaS platform and the membership platform, course platform.

You can do a lot of things with it. You also have a lot of AI features that's coming. So I'm sure we can get into a lot of things. But with that being said, warm welcome, and we can share some more content around this. Yeah. Thanks so much, buddy. It's great to be here. Great to be part of the summit and I'm looking forward to the discussion.

Talk to me a little bit about your how you got into AI because you have been in the online business world for a very long time. And now AI is more prominent. Everyone is talking about it, but I know you have been in the deep trenches with Searchie for quite a while as well. Let me know how you got into that.

Yeah. Well, I'm fortunate. I have two incredible business partners who are the developers and the tech minds. And being part of AI has been something that they've actually been involved with for years. We've been part of OpenAI's beta program for years. We experimented, created a front end tool called CopyCreator that was, like, couple years ago and that's been a great little lead generator for us.

But what we started to do was we started to realize there was a bigger and bigger opportunity in terms of how we could help creators specifically with AI. Because our platform is the world's best platform for creating an amazing educational experience in the online space, whether that's through courses and or through memberships.

But we just saw a way in which we could take that to a whole another level for creators and saving them so much time while simultaneously creating an amazing experience for their people. And I think that focus of helping the creator as well as helping them create an amazing experience for the their people.

Really opened our eyes to what AI could do in aiding that outcome. And so it's been fun. We've been experimenting with it now for years weaving it all throughout our software platform. And we just continue to innovate in terms of how we're using it and what the future holds for people who create content like us and enabling you and us to be able to create content faster, produce it faster, deliver it and deploy it in a far more effective way and therefore, helping our people get incredible results.

And at the end of the day, that's what our focus is that we wanna help you help your people get amazing results with what you teach. And if we do that, then you're going to see a much higher retention, much for profitability in terms of your business and everybody wins in that scenario.

For sure. I remember actually using CopyCreator a little bit. That was in the yes said it was years ago, I believe. Do you still use that today, or are you feeding everything into the Searchie platform? Yeah, we still use CopyCreator. It's a front end product for us for people who are dipping their toe into AI for the first time.

We position it like it's like a your friendly brainstorming partner. It's the thing that's gonna jump start your creativity, whether it's you know, coming up with headlines or whether it's coming up with a course outline or whether it's coming up with podcast episode examples. But the point of the matter is is that you know, ChatGPT is amazing but still you gotta know what kind of prompts you know, to use to be able to get the most out of it, whereas CopyCreator just kinda skips that.

You don't really have to know what the prompts are because you're guided through that process. And so it just streamlines the whole process of being able to use AI and as a brainstorming partner. So we definitely still have it. It's definitely still a great product that so many people thousands of people use.

But, yes, ultimately, it's an introductory product more so to open people's eyes to AI and what it can do. And then Searchie is like our flagship product. It is the thing that is going to help a creator do so much more with their content and create a far better experience for their people.

I'm sure we'll get into that when we talk about some different strategies for automate content and all these kind of that's kind of where Searchie it shines. But I do I do like something you said about you know, yeah, you can use ChatGPT and all these kind of large language models.

Get in there. You need to know how to prompt. You need to know how to talk to it, of course but like you're saying, I think some of my experts and guests that have come on, they have said we're moving into a little bit of promptless AI, a lot of tools they are building on top of uh, OpenAI's API essentially and you know, building incredible platforms.

Like, I'm using content at scale for uh, the blogging process. Let's say we are doing a long form video like this. I can take the u the link from a YouTube video, post it in there uh, and they can basically create this incredible three thousand word blog post. That will be a little bit challenging in ChatGPT.

Right? Like, That will take time. We'll have to go a lot of back and forth. But with a tool like that, it's more uh, specialized. You can get a lot more out of it, I think. So I think that's what I'm seeing a lot of like, the prompts are kinda behind the scenes a lot, and I'm sure that's kind of how you're because as a creator and like, a lot of people don't wanna be prompt engineers and learning the ins and outs of everything.

They just wanna create they wanna answer a few questions, and they wanna get their basically the answers or the results that are relevant to their business. So I don't know if that's something also you've seen because you serve you know, thousands of membership site owners and things like that as we are you know, getting into this AI revolution.

Yeah. You know, it's it's interesting because I think of it, I'm not sure what kind of car you drive. I drive a a Tesla, and I bring that up because Tesla has a whole bunch of elements woven into the experience of driving that car that now you don't even think about in terms of the benefits.

But when you step into like, if I were to step into my wife's car that is not a Tesla, I immediately miss all of the onveniences that a Tesla creates. For example, like, you know, I don't have to worry about carrying car keys. Why? Because the car is programmed to my phone. And as long as the phone is in with within proximity, the car automatically opens.

Now that seems like something so minor and trivial but the reality of it is is that we're always losing my wife's car keys. Right? And so I just bring this up because in my opinion, AI should be tools that happen in the background that make our life seamless, that streamline the process of going from where we are to where we wanna be.

It's not something that should feel hard or difficult. And to your point, that's where ChatGPT, although it is unbelievable in what it does, there's still a lot of thought that's it's gotta go into engineering the right prompts to get the outcome that you're wanting. Whereas the you know, huge trend, so to speak, that we're seeing emerge is that companies are realizing we can streamline this process for people.

We can make life easier for people where they don't even have to think about the prompts. They're just guided through a process. And in behind the scenes, AI is doing all the work. So for example like, with what you just shared with that tool, you're just giving them a YouTube URL and it behind the scenes is doing all the work.

You're not having to figure out like, what prompts you're gonna do. And then even then with working within the prompts, etcetera, etcetera, it is doing the prompting, so to speak, behind the scenes, and it's doing that heavy lifting for you. So that's what we aim to do with Searchie in a similar vein it's like, we don't want you, the creator, having to do all the thinking.

It's how can we use AI to streamline life for you and make your life a million times easier so that these things are happening behind the scenes, these conveniences are happening automatically, and it just becomes a way of life. But if you were to contrast that to not having those conveniences, you'd immediately feel it trying to do things the old way.

It's like just like the Tesla. The new way is I don't even have to worry about car keys because it's just automatically tied to my phone. The old way is I'm constantly losing my darn car keys. Right? So This is the way in which AI is moving where it's conveniences that are happening behind the scenes.

The AI is doing the heavy lifting and the work behind the scenes. You're having to think but you get the benefit of the outcome being much more streamlined, getting the result that you're after a lot quicker. Yeah.No. That's what I'm seeing as well. And I like that you're sharing this like, with Searchie and and tools like that.

And, also, I think software companies that you might already be familiar with or use, like a membership platform like Searchie, and and there's other ones for other use cases as well, even in the email marketing space and things like that. They're adding AI features. So maybe they have had AI features before, but now they need to kind of uh, highlight them I mean, I don't know if you've seen that as a business owner.

You kinda need to have, like, an AI angle in your marketing because that's just what sells right now. I mean, I And also you have to have a real use case, but I think it helps to do it. And now we are seeing that with, like a big company like HubSpot. They have, like, some amazing AI tools built in now, things like that.

So I think that, like, these companies, they're gonna thrive that are adding these features. And I think uh, some companies that are maybe a little bit on the back burner. They're gonna struggle a little bit if they don't, you know, add more use cases or, you know, streamline things for their customers, basically.

That's at least that's from my end what I'm seeing from behind the scenes. I think, dude, I almost think it's gonna become a necessity. Like, If you Yeah are not utilizing AI in some form in whatever it is that you're providing, you're gonna get left behind. Like, it's you know, yes.

It's, you know, hot and sexy right now, but I I think it's not gonna take long before it's just gonna become a necessity. And, this to me is like if we were to go way back in time, it's like when even just websites were a thing. Right? Like, There were a lot of companies that were immediately jumping on, immediately creating websites, and then there were a lot of companies that were just like it's a thing.

Like, we don't need it. We don't need it. But now in today's day and age, if you don't have it, like, how do people even find you? Like, That's just a necessity of doing business is having some online presence. And I think that that's what's going to happen with AI. Like, It's just gonna become a necessity uh, that you and your company are using AI in some capacity, whether as a user, but also as you're talking about it being built right into the actual, you know, software that you are delivering or creating for people.

So it's it's to me, it's like, it's almost a necessity that if you're not doing it, it should be a red flag and you should be looking at ways in which how can I continue to streamline and make things easier for my people. And AI, well, AI just helps do that so much faster and easier than ever before.

I think it also helps to boost creativity. Like, yeah, You might be extremely creative, like, as a photographer or, you know, videographer. I mean, That's on the stream, and, you know, you like doing your video editing, but that can still speed up the workflow. Like, all these, uh, very creative tools like Adobe and, uh, you know, even Canva to some extent, like, for us for a credit.

They're adding, like, AI tools, you know, in into their platform. And they're like they have been around for quite a long time, and now they're going all in on AI. So that should tell you something if, like, big companies doing that. I guess the only company I can think of that are not, like, talking about it so much, I mean, you probably know, like, Apple.

They're not mentioning it, but I think they are they're like waiting. I mean, In the Vision Pro, they have AI, but they don't talk about it in the marketing. So, I mean, They're always doing it like that with anything. I think Apple is a little bit special, but they are gonna come out with some really cool stuff in the AI space.

They've hired a lot of, lot of staff for it. So I'm just I'm just excited to see what they what they come out with. Usually, it's pretty good. Well, And to that point, though, there's a lot of big companies that have been using some form of AI in for years and years and years. Like, if we just look at big companies like Amazon and Netflix and even to the extent of, like, Peloton as an example.

Yeah. Like, A lot of these companies have been using AI and investing millions of dollars to be able to create experiences for us that as consumers are very seamless, we don't even think about it. But, like, if you were to log in to your Netflix account, you're gonna see a totally different set of shows and movies and recommendations than if I were to log into mine versus if somebody watching and listening would've logged into theirs.

Now what's happening behind the scenes there? Well, they're using AI to be able to monitor what we're watching, what we're liking, what we wanna see more of. And then the magic of AI is going through and pulling from their library of content and saying, okay. These shows are probably gonna be more relevant for this particular person.

Let's show them this. Let's recommend that. And so there's companies that have been using AI for a long time. Not in the traditional, like, you know,, language model, so to speak, But there's a lot of AI that's built into, you know, these software companies and services and so forth that we don't even think about as consumers, but we certainly benefit from.

And I just think that now it's just coming more to the forefront where, as you mentioned, like, it's almost like a marketing angle. Like, we can talk about AI because it's sexy and hot. And so they're leveraging that, but there's a lot of companies that have been using it for a long time.

Yeah, I spoke to Armand Ruiz. He's like the head of AI at IBM. Like, the I mean, he's been in AI for, like, ten plus years. I know people I've spoken to, they have, like, you know, long time in AI. So there's, like, it's different. Like, when you're coming into the creator economy and things like that, you usually see it with, I guess, the earliest, like, Grammarly.

Right? They had AI featured for a long time. I think that's a great example. then now with the generative AI, like, with ChatGPT it, like, kinda blew up. It was like Jasper and Copy.ai that came kind of first and building on top of it and then a lot more company. I was like, I saw a list of like, six thousand tools.

I think a lot of them will go out of business. And you don't need, like, six thousand tools to run your business. It's kinda ridiculous uh, people are sharing these lists with, like, hundreds and or thousands of tools. Like, that's that's insane what I'm It's overall seen. It's overwhelm.

For sure. Yeah. Yeah. So I think, like, something interesting you mentioned about Netflix because that's like a membership, and you're, like, you know, all into membership. Right? So how Maybe that's an that's something I haven't seen a lot you can do recommendations, like, with AI, like, at least for us as creators.

And I see, like, it's on Mindvalley. They are building something like that, but they have a big and stuff. They're probably doing custom, but I would be interested to see if that's something Searchie would do like, so when you log in to your membership as a customer or client of this program.

Would you see, like, a customized experience and AI is like taking care of that? That's exactly what is possible now. And, and that's what's so fun as creators is that we now get to tap into technology that was traditionally reserved for these big massive companies who have millions to invest in it.

You know, now as an example with Searchie, you can one hundred percent create a personalized experience for all of your members. And let's just take a step back and think about that for a minute because, you know, the old way of doing business is that you're treating everybody the exact same.

It's like a one size fits all experience. The problem is that you're gonna have people at different levels. You may have somebody coming in to learn from you who is at the very beginning stages. You may have somebody who's coming in that's a lot more advanced, but imagine trying to give both those people the exact same experience.

You're gonna end up leaving both of them disappointed because the beginner, if they see advanced lessons, they're gonna be like, this is way over my head. This is too much, overwhelmed, and they're out. And the advanced person, if they come in and they see beginner lessons, they're like, I'm way beyond this.

This is not on par with what I was looking for. I'm not gonna learn anything. I'm out. So now you're trying to give one experience that to try to please everybody, and you're not end up helping or pleasing anybody. Uh, And so now with Searchie as an example, one of the things that you can do is create a personalized experience for each and every member.

Uh, so imagine, like, you know, a beginner comes in and you're asking a bunch of onboarding questions and you've identified, yeah, they're more in the beginning stages. Now when they log in to the membership, they're gonna see more content that is beginner related and relevant to where they're at in their journey and vice versa.

Somebody comes in, they're more advanced, we're gonna learn that in the onboarding experience, and we're gonna show content that is more relevant to them at their stage in their journey. And now what ends up happening is through the power of AI, we've still got one member's area, but it feels so much more personal because we've tailored the experience based on the needs of each and every member.

And what happens there is now we create focus for our members. We're supporting them where they're at, and it leads to them experiencing a lot more progress. At the end of the day, as creators, if we're teaching people stuff, that's what we're trying to do. We're trying to help people experience progress in their life.

So not doing this, we're doing them a disservice, but that's why we're encouraging all of our customers and our audience to really lean into utilizing AI to create these personalized experiences, and it's not overwhelming in the sense that you've individually gotta create a curriculum for each and every member.

Imagine just having a library of content and AI is matching the right content based on each and every member and where they're at in their journey. That's how we create these personalized experiences. That's how we help our members get better results. And, ultimately, that's why members are gonna stay longer, and we're gonna have a much more profitable membership or course or program or whatever it is that we're delivering.

Yeah. And I have played around a little bit with Searchie in there and seen kind of the new things you've added. You've added so many things, which is I'm sure we can do, like, a demo in another session. I'll link that to everyone. But I think what's, do you need to set up some different tags to do this, or it's just basically you setting up your membership, adding all the content, which we can get into how you automate some of this process as well.

But you're adding the content, basically. You have a set of questions. And based on that, it's basically giving this personalized experience. Is there anything else that goes into it behind the scenes that you need to do as a creator to set this up for your students. Yeah. So where things were is that, like, you know, regardless of what platform you were using to deliver courses or memberships, or what have you.

The old way of doing it is, like, it was the same experience for everybody. And that's how ninety nine point nine percent of, you know, course and membership platforms are still currently set up, right, where it's just the same experience for everybody. Where things are now with Searchie as an example is that yeah, every piece of content would be tagged.

Now you could tag it or you could have ... We could talk about this as well. Copilot, which is a an AI component of Searchie that will tag it for you. So it'll go through your content. It'll identify like, what are the major themes and or tags that are relevant for this piece of content.

And so once that piece of content is tagged, now we can automatically create an based on what we know about our people. So the third component then is when people are coming in, we're just going to ask a variety of questions, and this is going to be an onboarding survey. This is what I'd recommend every single member must go through before they get into your members area.

And it's not a big extensive survey. It's literally for us, like, as in one of our memberships, we have two questions that we ask. And based on those questions, we know kinda where somebody's going to be on their journey. And once they log in, now, the members area or Searchie so to speak, knows, okay.

This person is more beginner, and so we are going to show them these, these pieces of content because we have seen on the back end that these are tagged for more beginner related people. And so we'll show this because we know this is more relevant to them and vice versa. Somebody comes in and they answer questions and they're more advanced, again, behind the scenes, the all the content that is tagged for a more advanced person, Searchie would know that and is now delivering that.

So that's kinda where we're at now. Now the future of where we're going is that you're not even thinking about, you know, what, how to tag content, what is gonna be relevant for beginner, advanced, etcetera. What's gonna happen is like, the AI is going to create the entire curriculum for you based on or for each member based on a library of, content you already have.

So It's like we're very close to where you're not even having to think about the structure of a course or anything of that nature. AI is doing that. And AI is creating that structure, creating that curriculum, and pulling from a vast library that you have. And so you it's you just uploading a whole bunch of content and AI creating a customized curriculum for each and every, uh, individual members.

So It's gonna be really, really exciting. And I think just like the future of AI with content is exciting for us as creators being able to serve people in different languages and different countries and and so forth. And, again, we're not having to worry about, you know, creating a French version, a German version, you know, a Polish version.

Like, all the languages are automatically happening, available behind the scenes. So you're uploading your native language Yeah. and instantly, your content and the curriculum is being tailored to the person in the language that they want and so forth. So that's where it's going.

Super exciting. But, you know, we're we're getting there one step at a time. Yes, Stu, I think you're you guys are set up really well for this. Just before we kinda move into something else, I wanted to ask, what questions would you ask? Like, if someone is gonna create this experience right now, what do you do as an example when you have this onboarding survey to kind of personalize the experience.

Well, okay. It it really depends on, of course, what you're teaching. Right? But Yeah. I I would just flip the question back. Like,, whatever it is that you're teaching, how would you or what questions would you ask to identify where is somebody in their journey? Like, If we were teaching people how to play the guitar, a question I might ask is, do you already have a guitar that you are playing?

Yes or no? That's gonna indicate. Like, If somebody, you know, hasn't got a guitar, we know, obviously, like, they're probably, like, in the very beginning stages. I might ask, like, how long have you been playing the guitar? That's another question. I might ask, like, you know, are you currently playing you know, are able to play these types of songs?

Uh, Do you read music? Like, I'm asking questions to help identify, like, where are they in their in their journey. But the bottom line is is, like, that's the questions you ask are gonna vary dramatically based on you know, kinda where what what it is you're teaching and how you would identify it.

But for us, I mean, you know, we teach people how to launch, grow, and scale profitable memberships. So one of my first questions is, have you launched your membership? If the answer is no, okay. Great. That's gonna help us identify that this person's in the early stages and what we're gonna focus the content that they're gonna see inside the members area on just getting them to doing their founding member launch.

Right? I'm not gonna be talking about more advanced things like retention, because that's not relevant to somebody who hasn't even launched their membership yet. But if I ask a question and, uh, the first question is have you launched? And they say yes. And then my next question is, and how many members are you at in your membership?

That also is gonna help me identify, like, where they're at in their progress. Like, If they are they've launched their membership and they've got twenty seven members, which is awesome. That's a completely different set of challenges that they're experiencing to get to the next level than somebody who's got twenty seven hundred members or somebody who's got twenty seven thousand members.

Does that make sense so far? This is great. I think the bottom line is, like, when we're working with our people, the questions we ask. Just think that you're sitting down across from somebody, and you're trying to identify where they are in this journey of going from very beginning to certainly somebody that's much more advanced.

Whatever questions that you would naturally ask somebody, that that's probably what I would write down. It is a clue to questions you can ask in your onboarding sequence. Yeah. And if you're selling some courses or memberships, you are you should probably be pretty clear on kind of what your students or audience they're struggling with because you already made sales to get them in there in the first place.

But I think something that Searchie did well in the beginning, you were like a more like a search based video platform to organize your content in the beginning, and then you turn into like, this membership platform. Now you know, kind of replaced your course platform and a lot of things right now, but that's still something you do.

Right? So you can basically automate a lot of this. I think you call it like, content automation. We talked a little bit about it but so speak to that a little bit more because that's so daunting. Takes so much time for creators to where do I post this? Where do I upload? Where do I upload these videos?

You know, I know for before this was possible. And I've been a user of Searchie for quite a few years and you know, using it for different things, adding like, a search to my membership and things like that. Yeah, Talk to that a little bit. Well, You're absolutely right. I mean, that's how Searchie really began was, you know, we had the same issue that you were just talking about there.

Like, we had literally like, hard drives and hard drives of content. And one day, I came off of a Q&A call where I was answering questions for our community. And, you know, maybe it's a little hot out. Maybe I was feeling a little spicy, but I I was a little frustrated when I came off the call.

And I said to my team, I'm like, of all of those questions that I answered, I know that I have answered like eighty five percent of them before. And the team's like, yeah one hundred percent you have. And I said well, can't we just like, point them to where I've answered those questions before.

And the team's like, we probably could, but you know, where on the hard drive are those responses? I was like, I don't know. And they're like, exactly. Like, To go through, like, thousands of hours of video content to find, you know, that nugget where you were talking about this one thing is really difficult.

And that was actually the seed of the idea because then somebody said well, imagine if we could search through all of our content and find that moment when you were talking about that thing. I'm like, that would be incredible. And that was, like, the very beginning of Searchie. Well, Searchie has evolved so much more now.

I mean, yes in the beginning, you could type in a keyword and, boom, it would go through all of your library of content, and it would find the nugget that would bring people to the moment when you were talking about that one very thing. And so Searchie is a huge component. And in fact, there's a huge update coming to Searchie, with where we've taken search to a whole another level.

I'm super excited uh, by that as well. And, again, it's using AI to be able to help you, a creator, find your own content faster and easier and similarly help your people find what they're looking for within your content. But the point of the matter is, as creators, there is so much that we have likely created, and I know your people watching and listening can relate to this.

There's so much content you've created, whether it be like, interviews like this, podcast episodes, YouTube videos, coaching calls. It could be Q&A calls. It could be team, you know, video, like, team Zoom meetings. It could be stage presentations. It could be, audio podcast. It could be blogs.

It could be all kinds of content that we have created over the years. But the problem is is that we create it once, we deploy it once, and then it's like ghost town. We're just automatically on to the next thing. We always gotta go create more content. Where instead like, imagine you have this huge library of content.

Like, Imagine you could just mine that content or imagine you could use that content for a whole plethora of other purposes. And we can unpack that. I'm happy to talk about Yeah. You know, how creators can leverage all this content that they've already created. But the point of the matter is you can't leverage it if you don't know what you've got.

And that's really the basis of Searchie is enabling you and I as creators to be able to find what we need to be able to use what we need and to be able to leverage and repurpose what we've already got in a multitude of different ways. And so that's what's really exciting about Searchie.

And there's a lot of innovation that's coming, uh, as it relates to that as well. I think like,, that's kind of how you guys were really well positioned from the start. I think now there are coming platforms that oh, yeah. you can do search in different platforms, but I think they haven't they don't have all the components that you guys offer, which is kinda nice.

But I think we can unpack a little bit about how to use this because, really that's the key. Like, I, you know, I can have a video like this, and I can you know, sync it to Searchie. It can actually automatically if it's uh, you know, on YouTube or even on Facebook. I didn't log in to I was, like, having my Facebook.

I was just seeing all these videos transcribed and ready in the Searchie platform which is really I I forgot about it, but they were there. Right? So Yeah. That's another great point. Like, you're creating content on Facebook lives. And most people, we create it, and it serves a purpose.

And maybe there's like, you know, a few hundred people watching or maybe a couple thousand people watching live. But then, like, it just gets buried in the feed and we don't get to use that piece of content ever again. But to your point you had hooked up one integration one time.

You log in your account hadn't been logged in for a while and you see, like, oh my gosh like all my Facebook lives are there. Yeah. And that means now you can leverage that and use that a multitude of different ways. And that makes me happy hearing that you, you know Yeah. I mean, that's great.

That content is not going away. No. Because it's transcribed, ready, and you can get into like, the Copilot and some other things. You're adding a lot of AI features there, which wasn't there from the start, of course. That's common that's been coming in, I guess, in the last year or two.

I think you've started adding a lot of these things, but how what's some use case? I mean, I can I can see a lot. I'm just interested to see kinda what you see from your user base and maybe how you're using it yourself as a business owner and creator. The way we like to encourage people to think about it is like, as creators.

And this is you know we joke that I'm like the hair club for men. You know? Not only did we create the product, but we use it too. Like, it's, you know, I'm a creator at heart. Like, I've been creating for decades. So We have this massive library of content that was just you know, going unused.

So what we now are doing is like, we're first and foremost is just getting all of our content into our central Searchie library. And that's the first step that we'd encourage everybody to think about. It's like, you've got to build your library. The more your library contains all of your content, the more you can do and leverage that content.

We'll talk about how to leverage it here in just a second. But step one is you just gotta get all your content into your library. That's like your video content. That's your audio content., It's even written content now, like blog posts and PDF documents and any other supportive materials that you may have.

It's just like put it all into one central library. That's first and foremost. Then what Searchie does is Searchie's gonna go through and it's gonna learn about all of your content. And here's why that becomes advantageous. There's a feature within Searchie called Searchie Wisdom.

And, essentially imagine ChatGPT for your content. And so what's powerful about this is that now you can ask your your, your library questions about your content and it'll what it it'll go through. But your people also can too. So let me give you some use cases. You know, one way to use this is internally during a launch, as an example if we get any strategy related questions, typically, my team gets bottlenecked because they're waiting for to ask me those questions to get the answer from me.

And so what happens is during the launch, there's a lot going on, but the team can't get back to these people because it's a strategy related questions. Any administrative related questions, of course, they're responding right away, strategy related questions, they're gonna wait for me, and now I'm a bottleneck.

But now what happens is because we've got this massive library of our content, our team just asked the question to our Wisdom, widget, and it goes through all of my content. And it says, oh, this answer's relevant. Yeah. That's relevant. This example's relevant, and, boom, it pulls it together, stitches it in one comprehensive response.

Uh, And now our team can copy that, paste it back to the customer and say, hey, I asked Stu, which they did. They asked the digital version of me. Here's what he said, and it's coming back in my voice all based on my content. And in fact, what's even more powerful is that you can start using the same Wisdom widget, not only for internal purposes to be able to get back to customers in a more comprehensive way.

You could even create that available where they themselves could ask that question, and the digital version of Stu, as an example, can respond directly to the customer. And or you can use it to generate leads. We have customers who have podcasts or YouTube channels or Facebook lives as an example.

But at the end of an episode, they'll say something like: hey, do you have any questions about what we discussed in this episode? Or heck, do you have any questions on anything we've ever discussed in this podcast, then go to www.ask "yourname" .com. And people will go there and they can ask a question.

And before the answer is revealed to them, they put in their email, and then boom, they're taken to a page where, again, that Wisdom widget is going through all of your podcast content, and it's pulling bits and pieces from all your episodes and saying, yep, that's relevant. Yep.

That's relevant. Stitching it together in one comprehensive response. And here's the kicker, it's giving them the references to the exact content that that came from. So if they wanna go deeper into episode one twenty two where you spoke about that thing that they're asking for the reference link will be there with a link to that will take them to the exact moment in the podcast or the video where you were talking about that very thing.

So this is what's super fun about it is, like, now because we've got this big library of all of our content, we can leverage it in so many different ways. We can leverage it for customer support. We can leverage it to generate leads. We can leverage it to generate sales. I have a customer of mine, Dave Gambro.

He was telling me last month, he set up a new ten dollar a month membership. And the way he positions it is he says something to the effect of, hey many times you can't afford to hire me one on one, but how would you like to have access to my brain twenty four seven? Well, you can.

You can have the access to the digital version of Dave where you can ask me any question anytime, and I'll get back to you instantaneously. And so he has a ten dollar a month membership where that's the whole membership is people just being able to have access to him. And what he's done on the back end is he's just got a library of his content that he's added to Searchie.

And when people ask questions it's going through his library and pulling together the bits and pieces and stitching it together in a response that's gonna move people forward. So there's many ways in which you can begin leveraging your content beyond just like courses or beyond just memberships.

But here, we're using it for customer support. We're using it to generate leads. We're using it to generate sales, and we've even got people now who are licensing their library of content. So imagine you've got somebody who has an expertise. Like, let's say, me, for example. I've been teaching people how to launch, grow, and scale memberships for over fifteen years, which is crazy.

Right? So Imagine you've got a membership and maybe you're teaching people digital entrepreneurship, and you'd love a membership expert like me available twenty four seven inside of your membership to be able to answer any membership related questions. Well, I could license my Wisdom widget to you to have available to your members, and what's happening is inside, if people are asking membership related questions, it's going through my membership library of content, and it's pulling together the responses that are relevant for the questions that are being asked.

And you are licensing that content from me, but now imagine what that makes possible. It makes possible for any of us to who are experts to be able to have a presence where we're available in so many other places for people who may wanna license our IP. So lots of exciting ways, but this is a we're just, you know, scratching the surface in terms of alternative ways that we can use and leverage our library of content.

Rather than it collecting digital dust, it's being put to the use and it's serving our people at a higher level. This is incredible. I like that he shared so many different examples. Even monetizing a digital version of you is, that's a pretty cool way. And I think people who like, your customers some people are might feel intimidated to ask let's say, you have beginner membership question, for example.

But they will ask the digital version of you because it's all there. Right? So it's and, you know, they don't look stupid next to other people and things like that on a Zoom call or whatever that is, but they can ask that little bit widget popping up. But the question I had, can you have multiple widgets to put like because you said you mentioned, like, customer support.

That might be one widget. It will not be the same as with what you would have, let's say, to your customers in a membership that will be a little bit close. So can you limit what this widget knows or what they will actually tell the people you know, chatting with it. Yeah. One hundred percent.

You're I love the way in which your brain is already going there because, you're starting to think use cases, and that's exactly it. So, you know, again, all your content goes into one central Searchie library. Once it's in that library, now we can start doing a variety of different things with it.

So we could create a Wisdom widget as an example that is just pulling from the library of our free content. Maybe that's like our podcast, our YouTube channel, and Facebook Lives. So any question that somebody asks, it will go through that library of our free content, and so it will deliver responses based on that library.

But maybe we have another library that is all of our paid content. Maybe this is, like, our from our course or our membership. And so we just restrict that library to our paid content. And so, therefore, we probably only make that Wisdom widget available inside of a course or a membership.

Right? So there's all kinds of ways in which you can leverage and do this. But the point of the matter is, get your content into a Searchie library. Once it's in your library, now you can decide how you want to organize it and structure it in terms of this Wisdom widget it's only gonna pull from these folders, maybe associated to your free content.

This Wisdom widget is gonna pull from just your course. This Wisdom widget is gonna pull from everything. Maybe that's your customer support library, which, you know, we make it obviously internally. It's not available outside, but internally, our company has access to all of our content.

And so there's all kinds of ways you can begin using it. But where I love your head is going is you're starting to think of use cases like, okay. Yeah. I probably want my lead generation widget to pull from free content, but I wanna keep my paid content Wisdom widget only available to my paid users.

You can totally do that. Or the licensing idea, you could limit and restrict that to only come from, you know, a certain library of content that you want to license. So There's all kinds of ways to do it, but just take a step back for a moment. Like, how freaking exciting is this?

Right? Like, Here's what gets me pumped about it. I'm obsessive about thinking about the people that we're serving. And I know for a fact that the old way of providing answers to people is broken. Because, you know, typically, the way in which we do it inside of courses and memberships is that we have, like, a Q&A session.

Maybe it's like a Q&A session once a week. Or if we go the extra mile, maybe we're available daily or maybe we've got a community where people can ask questions. All those things are great, but there's gonna be a moment when somebody is in the zone. They're going through your content, and they're learning, and it's two thirty four in the morning, and they've got a question.

And guess what happens? They get stuck. Why? Because it's two thirty four in the morning. They're, you're not available at two thirty four in the morning to ask a question. The community is likely sleeping, so nobody's gonna respond right away. Your customer support, likely, they're not gonna get a response right away until the next, till the next business day starts.

So there's this lag time. They're in the moment. They're in the zone. But if we don't answer that question, what's end up gonna happening is they're gonna get stuck, and they're not going to move forward. And now this creates potential of people staying stuck forever. Because the next day, they might got onto something or their question doesn't get answered for a week when you're finally live, or maybe it's once a month even sometimes.

And so there's this huge delay between them having the question and them getting the answer. But now if we have a Wisdom widget as an example, there's zero delay. We eliminate that friction. They have a question, they can get an instant answer. And we know the answer that they're getting is accurate because it's only coming from our content.

Unlike ChatGPT, we have no idea where the heck that content's coming from, and we also don't know that it's accurate because there are many use cases of where ChatGPT is hallucinating. Right? So this is why what we're talking about here is increasingly more and more valuable for us as creators and those we serve because we can restrict where the content is coming from.

We know it's only coming from our content. It is in our voice, and therefore, we can provide instant answers just like ChatGPT, but it's controlled, and it is referenced because now people can if they wanna go deeper, they can click on the content where that came from away they go.

So it's super, super powerful for us as creators in the way in which we show up and serve our people. Yeah. The comparison with is also great because if you upload there your paid programs and information, they're gonna know your IP. Right? It's gonna learn about it. It's pretty it's not that great.

I mean, you're not on the enterprise plan most likely if you're using it as a everyday user. Right? So you're gonna be on maybe the free plan or the plus plan. So that's not That's not that great. So I think platforms like Searchie, you have you have the opportunity to upload and control it.

I think that's the keyword here. You control kind of what, what answers it gives people. I think that's really useful. And another thing, in terms of licensing, I that's something caught my, my mind as well when you mentioned that. What would you charge for that? What have you seen?

Maybe some people are doing it already, or maybe that's something you are considering. Yeah. So the way in which some of our customers have started to do it is they charge a flat fee per year. So they'll license it every year, and that license gets renewed every year. So Just think about that for a second.

Like, isn't that another amazing way to be able to generate additional revenue and income from content that would otherwise just be sitting there. Like, it gives us the opportunity to, as creators, to, continue to earn more income or get more out of the content that we've already created.

But the way in which people are pricing that right now that I, uh, our customers, are doing is generally it's a yearly or annual license fee that gets renewed every year, but that's another recurring revenue stream. It's just on an annual basis. I guess the cost can be depend a little bit.

But what are what's kind of the price ranges depending on the industry and things like that. What can people you know, consider if they're thinking about it? It varies dramatically because like, again, there's variables that are going to influence that. Like, if it's pulling from a you know, paid library, like, con a paid content library, that's gonna have increasingly more value.

So we're talking like, many times, like, tens of thousands of dollars a year. If it's pulling from like, let's say, a you know, a library of our you know, YouTube channel and podcast content, like free content. Maybe it's not tens of thousands a year, but thousands a year. But even still, you know, that, again, gives us the opportunity to get more out of our content and such so interesting.

Get in front of a heck of a lot more people as well. I can see a lot of use cases for how I would use this. I mean, this This is great. I'm sure people have didn't even think about this a as a use case. So that's great. Yeah, I think there's so many things. And I think another thing where which we're kind of getting into, and I'm really excited about this as well, is because I've seen like, with 11ElevenLabs and HeyGen and things like that.

You can actually you know, see you can have a version of yourself, but AI powered, like, create an avatar, a clone of yourself. And instead of having this text based chat, which is great, you're getting all the information, at two AM in the morning, you see Stu popping up there. I wanna I want the answer from you Stu, and I I'm not gonna wake you up, so I can actually have that happen.

Is that something you're seeing built into Searchie? I know it's not available at the time we're recording this, but I think that would be incredible if that's something that you guys are considering. Yeah. You know, It's interesting. Like, there's I find a very split reaction to these, you know, avatars.

Like, obviously, Facebook or Meta, they released like, these avatars of famous celebrities and athletes and so forth. And it's very interesting to see the reaction to people. Like, some people are like, this is amazing. This is incredible. Other people like, woah. This is super weird.

Like, How do I know the difference between real versus AI? And I think Meta has has done a phenomenal job in trying to get out in front of this and trying to create you know, distinction between an AI version and the real version. But even still, it'll be interesting to see how this kinda plays out.

But you're right. Like, in terms of what does that make possible? Whether it's like, you know, versions of me. Like, our team has shown me this, like, you know, where I'm they've instantly turned me into Spanish Stu or they turned me into French Stu or German Stu and it's like it's kinda trippy.

Like, the lips are The lips are synched that's like, so cool. I love it. I think that's, it's yeah I think that's that's the future of a lot of yeah. But I just think that, what I would encourage everybody as creators to think about is that these tools just enable us to be able to serve our people at a higher level.

That's how we think about it. It's like, you know you know, remove all of the vanity and the you know, sexy part about it. Let's just look at the core you know, of what it is enabling us to do. And at end of the day, it's enabling us to reach people who maybe speak a different language, and so they're able to consume our content.

It's enabling us to serve people at you know, goodness knows what time in the morning so that they can have instant answers and it eliminates friction. It enables us to be able to leverage years, decades maybe of content that we've created that is otherwise collecting digital dust on a hard drive.

Like this is what it these tools are enabling us to do is to do more, serve people at a higher level, and ultimately help people get better results with what we're teaching. That is the exciting part. That's why we're all in on AI and how it's being built right into our tools. I like the way that we can get in front of, let's say, the Spanish speaking market because you normally if they let's say they're coming to a video, we're speaking English.

I mean, they can have the captions, but it's not as exciting. They're not gonna connect with us in the same way. But if you have it like, you know, seeing our lip synced in Spanish, although we cannot speak Spanish. I don't know about you Stu, I should I should speak Spanish, but my Spanish is pretty broken, so it's not that great.

So, yeah, I mean, that would be that would be really exciting to just reach a new audience. Now a lot of YouTube channels and things we see they are dubbing their content, like, but it's not their voice. And they're that's costing a lot of money as well-to-do it professionally. Right?

So I think this and I predict or at least I think that's coming. YouTube, they want people to stick to the platform. Right? They want people to stay stick around. And if someone coming to this video and checking it out and they are speaking only Spanish. They're probably gonna drop off.

They're it's not gonna be a great retention for them on the video. But if they if we are speaking Spanish, they can see that with a click of a button or, you know, I don't know how it'll work. I think that's gonna be incredible if they integrate this natively to the platforms that we already using.

I think that might be coming. I don't know about you Stu. Yeah. I just think that, um, again there's so much just coming and it's coming so fast. As you mentioned like, there are literally thousands of tools and thousands more that are you know, popping up left, right, and center.

So the direction that it's going is it's moving very, very quickly, and it's you know, it is very exciting. It can also be overwhelming you know, and I get that. Like, sometimes, you know, when as creators, we're seeing all the possibilities, but it can be overwhelming. But at the end of the day, here's what I just wanna encourage everybody just think about is like, ultimately, what are we trying to help people do?

And, you know, how can AI help us do that more effectively, faster, easier, etcetera? Because if we can save ourself time in being able to serve our people, we actually create more opportunity to interact with them, support them, guide them on a more personal in a more personal way.

And that to me, again, enables us to separate ourselves from the rest of our competition. Like, while everybody else is still doing all the stuff, we're not doing it because AI has helped us save so much time. We got more time. We can now invest in you know, personalizing the experience, reaching out, connecting all of that.

So I look at, at the end of the day, what are we ultimately trying to help people do? And if AI and tools can help me do that more effectively, faster and easier, then I'm all in. And that's what our focus has been with Searchie is helping you as a creator be able to do, what you need to do with your content faster and easier while simultaneously creating an amazing experience for your people.

If we do that, you're gonna have more time to pour into your people. Your people are gonna get better results, and that's gonna lead to a more profitable business for you. Yeah. You need to use I think, AI the right way. I mean, it's in the content creation part, you could use it for everything.

Right? But I think, rather see it as an assistant as well, like, because I feel like when people are using it to and like, they're for their knowledge. Like, you have fifteen years plus experience as a you know, membership expert. You have done this for a long time. I mean, someone could pull into this and pretend, but they can only do that for so long.

Right? I mean, I see some things popping up where they are creating courses with the help of AI and things like that. As an assistant, it's great for outlining and things like that. I'm sure that there's some other use cases for it. But I think when you are using it to you know, create uh, the full course you know, like, even what you to say in the script and things, and it's not really coming from you I think that then we have gone too far because it's not really it's then you people anyone can just go to the AI and get the same information.

I think that's kind of when that's something to be careful of, I think. It was interesting. Last night, I had a conversation with my father-in-law, and we were talking about AI, and, one of the his concerns was he said, you know, is AI eliminating our ability as humans to actually think?

Like, is AI shrinking our brains because we're not having to think anymore? And it was an interesting conversation because, you know, I think he's got some validity behind what he's saying because he's right. Like, AI does eliminate a lot of the thinking. But what I said to him and what I wanna share with everybody here is that it I think AI actually creates more space to think, and it creates more space to be creative and innovative.

And the people that are going to separate themselves from the competition uh, are gonna understand that difference. It's not about AI doing all of the stuff and us not having to do anything, even creating, producing, or thinking. It's how can we use AI to do a lot of the heavy lifting just like what you talked about, like an assistant.

But yet, we still wanna be thinking about what the outcome is that we're trying to achieve. We would still wanna be thinking about how can we make this creative. How can we make this more fun? How can we improve this experience? How can we, you know, from a strategy perspective do this, this, and that?

Like, we still wanna be using our brains. The AI is just a tool. It's just a tool that enables us to do things better, faster, easier. But I believe that it creates more space for us to be creative, and that is going to be the differentiator for us as creators is... yeah. If we wanna separate ourselves, doesn't mean that you eliminate yourself from the process.

You still wanna be involved. You just wanna know how to use the tools to do it better, faster, easier. Yeah. I've spoken to some people about this, and they enjoy creating their main piece of content. For example, I enjoy doing these sessions. I like connecting maybe in the future, we have like, an AI avatar.

Who knows? Right? It can be interesting to see that like Lex Fridman and Mark Zuckerberg, they're coming into a room. That could be interesting, but I enjoy doing this. That's like my main piece of content. The what I don't enjoy doing is to upload the tags to YouTube, the chapters, some things like that.

And I think bringing it back to what Searchie you can do, I think that's also something you guys have it. I don't know if that's what you call the copilot or uh, that's why you call it Copilot. Right? And then you can add chapters, and you can add maybe a description, a summary, and things like that.

I mean, uh, I could do it, but that's why would I do it when I have like, the full video? I have all this content we have created now here, Stu. And like, I can just take this and like, break it down. I can create a blog post. I can get create threads for Twitter. I can do a LinkedIn post, whatever that is.

But I don't wanna you know, think too much what that should be. I wanna have like, a tool to like, help me with this process. So, yeah, maybe you can speak to that a little bit and what you have there to kind of save. Because I think it's all about saving time at the end of the day.

That's right. Like, you hit the nail on the head. Like, your creative energy should be poured into making this interview world class. Right? Like, making this pillar piece of content amazing. The AI in Searchie and Copilot as an example, which is a Copilot is a feature of Searchie, but that's what Copilot is designed to do is to make your life easier as a creator.

You've already poured the energy into creating a piece of content. Well, with one button, you can take what normally took hours and streamline it into minutes, sometimes seconds and produce all of the outputs that you're looking for, like the summaries and the headlines and the descriptions and the tagging and all of the thing the administrative parts of creating content.

Those are important. But as you said like, that's not always the fun part. The fun part is the creation. So imagine a world in which we no longer have to spend time doing the parts of the process that we don't enjoy and it and Searchie and Copilot free up our calendar to be able to pour more time into the creation process and that's where things get fun as creators because we can be more creative.

We got more time to innovate. We got more time to think. And that to me is what's gonna lead to more breakthroughs, more innovative content, you know, a way for us to separate ourselves from the marketplace. And that's what we designed Searchie around, is enabling you as a creator to upload your content to your library and with a button, literally produce all these outputs that would normally take hours.

Like, when I ask our audience, how long does it take you on average to transcribe and to create summaries and pull headlines and pull key takeaways and descriptions and short descriptions, long descriptions, etcetera. Many times, most people will come back and they'll say, if they're not doing it themselves or they've got an assistant doing it, it's usually between three to five hours to do all of these pieces of content after the initial, piece of content has been created.

Well, that's what's so magical about Searchie Copilot. With one button, all of those pieces are created, like I said, many times depending on the length of contents within minutes, but many times it's within seconds. And now you just freed up three to five hours for that one piece of content.

And that's what's magical is it just creates more time for us to be creative and innovative with what we do create as well as more time to pour into those that we get to serve. And so that's the beauty, I believe of AI is learning that balance and that dance of, again, thinking as a creator, knowing what outcome, what, you know, um, what we're trying to produce.

And then using AI tools like Searchie and Copilot and Wisdom to be able to get us to that outcome better, faster, and easier. And that's what our focus certainly is with Searchie. I love this. And I think like, just a few years ago, you probably needed like, five to ten team members to do the same thing.

That one or, like, one VA. I mean, you can outsource a lot of these things. You don't even if you wanted to have a VA do certain things to edit a blog post. You can train it up on this process, and it's gonna be a lot easier and and more affordable. So I'm interested to bring that back to you, Stu, because you have team members.

I don't know if I mean, they'll probably become more effective, but have you do you find yourself having fewer team members, or do you have about the same, but they are just getting more done? Yeah We encourage our team to use AI. Like, We want everybody using AI. In fact, I remember as we started you know, talking more about AI and, of course, as we were building AI into our products and services, we always want our team using it, uh, to become familiar with it, but there was a hesitation.

Like, we could tell that some especially with when ChatGPT came out and some were like, you know, am I needed anymore? You know what I mean? Like, there was this fear and we're like, absolutely you're needed. Because, again, we want people to spend more time on the thinking. We want people to spend more time on the strategy, on the higher level stuff, on the creative side of things.

We don't want people spending time on the administrative elements of it. And so we encourage our team to use AI. We train our team on how to use AI, and we're teaching them constantly how to use it as a brainstorming partner, as an assistant, as a collaborative partner because we want them to be able to get the outcome or the result faster, better, easier, just as much as we want it for our clients.

So for us, what it's enabled us to do as businesses is it's enabled us to empower our people to get more done faster than ever before. And I'll give you just a quick example of this. We were doing a video shoot, uh, about a month ago, and we were doing this fun little creative element where we were doing a promotion for an upcoming, segment, and we wanted to do it like the old wrestlers, like the WWE wrestlers, you know.

And so,, um, admittedly, I had not written my script for my part. And my video producer, he's like, hey I just wanna make sure that you've got your script written and you're comfortable with it because you're you know, we'll put it up on a teleprompter and you'll go straight you know, to camera.

I was like, yeah, for sure. I hadn't I hadn't written it. So this is about ten minutes before I'm about to go and record it. So I went and I quickly, put in a few prompts and, I had a script, exactly what I was looking for so I handed it over to him. He puts it in the prompter, and he's like, man, this is really good.

I was like, thanks. He's like, how long did you work on this? I said I just did it. It took me about five minutes. He's like, what are you talking about? I said, literally, as you said it, I put it into ChatGPT, got the script that I needed, and away we go. He's this is crazy. But that's an example.

Right? Like, before that might have been a roadblock because I didn't have it done. Now because of the speed of which we can create and get things done, I knew the outcome I was looking for. Put in a few prompts. It gave me, you know, seventy five percent of the way there, made a couple tweaks, and badda bing badda boom, I go from idea to actually having a concept to recording it in about ten, fifteen minutes.

Like, that's what's so magical is we can get more done, we can be more creative, we can serve people at a higher level. That's why I love what you're doing with this summit. I love that you're bringing this to creators and opening people's minds to the ways in which we can get more out of the content we're already creating, the ways in which we can serve people at a higher level.

And if we can continue to do that, we'll continue to have amazing businesses that serve a ton of people and help make this world a better place. That'ss such a great example. I have two final questions, I think, for you. So what's the number one piece of advice you would give to creators, digital business owners, solopreneurs who want to get into this world and implement uAI in their creator business?

Well, I'd say my number one piece of advice, and we've we've talked about this and I don't wanna you know, keep hammering it home, but I'm gonna hammer it home. It's just like, we as creators have gotta start with our final outcome. Like, we still gotta do the thinking, we still gotta know and have a vision for what we're ultimately wanting to create.

We may not know how we're gonna get there or how we're gonna produce that outcome, but we wanna we wanna do the thinking ahead of time. So first and foremost is get clear on what you're wanting. The second thing I would say is don't be afraid to experiment. Like, you're not gonna break anything.

You're just learning. You're and with AI it's very much a collaborative process. So just think of AI as like an assistant that's sitting across from you, and you are talking back and forth. Like, talk to it like you would an assistant and a brainstorming partner. And what you're gonna find is that there are certain ways that you can talk with or interact with AI that are gonna produce better outcomes.

And that learning only comes from experimenting and trying. I take my wife for an example like, she is a brilliant mind, but she used to get hung up a lot in the writing process in getting her ideas down on a page, so to speak. You know, AI has been an incredible tool for her. She is so much more productive because now she's continuously learning it and using it, not only just for emails and correspondence and letters and so forth, but in her own creative process and I've seen her in terms of her creativity, go to a whole another level.

And it's because she's just trying stuff she's experimenting, and she's getting more and more familiar with it. And so number one is get clear on the outcome. Number two, just don't be afraid to experiment. And then number three is I would encourage you to think about how do you turn this into a process?

Like, how do you turn this from a one-time interaction with AI or an one-time output, and instead turn it into a process that continuously saves you time, that continuously makes your life easier. So for me, it's start with the outcome. Number two is experiment and number three, be conscious about how you can turn it into a process so that you're continuously saving time.

Yeah. That's great advice. I couldn't agree more. And it's like when you speak to the AI like, think about it. Like, you're just not gonna give it one prompt or something like that. You like, if you have an intern starting your business, you're not gonna say write a blog post. It's gonna come back pretty crappy.

Right? It's the same with AI. You need to like, go back and forth a little bit, have a better description of how to execute this task and I think that's the kind of the analogy I like. And if you even if you have a more seasoned copywriter you still need to go back and forth a little bit with certain things.

But Stu we have covered a lot in this session. The final question I have for you is, was there a question that you wanted me to ask but I didn't or anything else you'd like to add as we wrap this up Um, no. We cover a lot, man. You know, like, I you know what's interesting. I will just quickly touch on this is that, as a result of actually working with AI and ChatGPT as an example and so many other tools, I have become a much better communicator with my team.

And let me give you an example of this. Like so the other day, um, we have amazing designers on our team and I had an idea for a template that I was looking to use or create for Canva, for particularly for some social media posts that we were producing. And so before, I probably would have been a lot more vague in terms of what I was looking for, I would have said, hey, Esther, can you help create some templates for you know, social for this, this, and this?

But instead like, I was very methodical. And what I was realizing was, like, I'm communicating with Esther in the way that I probably would have communicated with ChatGPT as an example, knowing that I have to be explicit and I'm giving, you know, specific examples and so forth, she came back to me she said, Stu, this is probably the best and most detailed brief that I have ever gotten.

And guess what happened? Like, she immediately knew exactly what I was needing and immediately produced the exact outcome that I was hoping for and so what I take a step back and I think about like, AI yeah, it enables us to do so many amazing things. But I actually think it also enables us to become better communicators.

I think it enables us to become better leaders in the way that we empower our team to get more out of that are available. And like I said, at the end of the day, it's helping us create a better experience. for our people and when you are in the business of helping people go from where they are to where they wanna be, at the end of the day, that's the only thing that matters.

At the end of the day, that's the only thing that's gonna keep the lights on. Because if people aren't getting results with what we teach, it's a matter of time before that reputation trickles down. But there's a reason that I've been in business for fifteen years teaching the same darn thing.

It's because we get people results. And so, I know that our livelihood depends on the results that we can get people. And if AI is helping me do that better, faster, and easier, then I can reach more people. I can enable more people, help more people, and that's why I love being in business.

So to me, AI is something to lean into and run hard toward. And it's gonna be the key that's gonna help us separate ourselves from everybody else in the marketplace because we'll have more time to be creative. We'll have more time to think. We'll have more time to serve, and that's gonna help the customers that we do get to serve get better results with everything that we teach.
