But the issue is that they're not aware of the privacy issues, the can you own what you create using AI, the potential exposure to copyright trademark infringement.

Copyright law directly impacts whether you can stop others from copying, making derivatives, displaying, showing to others.

If you don't own the copyright, then whatever you're making, anybody can copy it.

They're creating apps through AI and they don't actually own them.

They believe they own them, but they don't because they're created by use of AI.

You're putting in your copyright notice telling the public that you own it when you actually don't.

Which means you're actually committing an offense.

You're not legally allowed to say that you own federal copyrights when you don't.

You're literally violating the law just by using the copyright notice because you're telling the public that you own something you don't.

The people that are gonna make ridiculous amount of money are the prompt engineers who can figure out how to write a prompt that is so detailed, so verbose, that it's considered to be creative in and of itself.

If you're really good at writing prompts and you figure out how to write a certain prompt that results in a created work coming out of AI as also protectable under copyright law, you're going to make a ridiculous amount of money.

You've just allowed whoever employs you to own all the things that are going to be created using AI.

That's a big, big market.

That's going to be a massive market.

Nobody's talking about this.

If you want to be able to own the prompts that are giving you a technological edge over the competition, you need to write them yourself.

Then you need to protect those prompts.
